The day
- Morning. The doctrine in 45 minutes. The eight principles applied to the rooms in attendance.
- Board Walk lab. Each attendee brings their actual pipeline. We walk the boards together. Patterns surface across floors that no individual attendee would catch alone.
- Daily Huddle facilitation. Live practice rounds. Every attendee runs the ritual. Group debriefs the patterns.
- Loss Review lab. Bring three real lost deals from the last quarter. The room codes them, finds the pattern, and names the fix.
- Close. Each attendee leaves with three commitments (written, dated, owned) for the next thirty days.
What it costs

Per practitioner · Includes meals + materials + 30-day follow-up
Workshop runs in-person in the host city. Travel and lodging on the attendee. Refund policy: full refund 30 days out; 50% within 30–14 days; no refund inside 14 days. Seats transfer to the next cohort at no charge once.
No certificate is issued. No badge. The book is the only credential.
By invitation
We invite practitioners. Fewer than half of the list gets a seat.
The cohort works because the room is the right room. Sign the manifesto first, then add yourself to the list. We confirm invitations on a rolling basis, two cohorts per quarter.
Private workshops for a single dealer group, agency, or sales org are also available. Mention it in the notes.
